    Leesa Soulodre is an Adjunct at SMU Cox Business School, leading world-class EMBA and MBA strategy capstone projects with her founders, Corporate partners, and students in the Complex Problem-Solving and Entrepreneurship program.

     

    With over a decade of experience as a postgraduate lecturer, Soulodre has brought her expertise to the MBA and EMBA programs at SMU Cox Business School, Singapore Management University, IE Business School, and SMU Executive Education. She has delivered programs on cyber risk governance, reputation risk management, digital transformation, private equity, and venture capital at leading institutions, including the Singapore Institute of Directors Program, Singapore Civil Service College Innovation Programme, and Luxembourg School of Business. Additionally, she has served as a Guest Lecturer at IMD Business School and Università Bocconi, and as a mentor for the NorthEastern Centre for Technology Management and Digital Leadership.

     

    Soulodre’s teaching spans the intersection of innovation, strategy, and entrepreneurship, preparing the next generation of leaders to navigate and solve complex global challenges.
